The purpose of Triplejack Poker is to entertain. An online poker site, Triplejack allows players to play for free, collect points, and earn animated "bombs" such as pies, anvils, balloons, and tomatoes to hurl at opponents who frustrate them via a bad beat or a nudge-out of a pot with a slightly higher kicker. Upgrading to Power Player account status removes advertisements from the screen, allows players to create their own private games, qualifies players to play for prizes including cash, and more.

Consumer: Online poker players, particularly beginners, who want to play for free

Pros: For online players who aren't serious enough to play online cash games and who just want to blow off steam, this game fits the bill. Being able to hurl a pie at an opponent alleviates frustrations to at least some degree, ensuring that all players have some fun while playing. The prizes offered in Power Player tournaments include as much as $200 in cash, which is nothing to sneeze at for an online player just starting out. And it will work with both PC and Mac machines; Adobe Flash Player is all that is required to run the program.

Cons: The interface requires some getting used to, and to some degree it's still a work in progress. Otherwise, there are no apparent cons to this site.

Guarantee: As a basic account is free, no guarantee is explicitly offered. Triplejack's subscription cancellation policy is also not immediately known. With the Power Player subscription costing only $5.95 a month, however, it is a low-risk proposition.

Value for money: Given the degree of entertainment this site offers, it is an excellent value for the money.
